Micronus Prime is a Mini-Con member of the Thirteen from the Aligned continuity family. So if the Mini-Cons are Pokémon, does this make him Arceus?
The smallest member of the Thirteen, Micronus Prime was the first Mini-Con created by Primus. Micronus's special gift was the ability to impart power to his siblings through his Chimera Stone. His closest friend was Onyx Prime, although he also struck up friendships with the creatively-inclined Solus Prime and Nexus Prime.
